↝ Payment needs to be made through paypal only;● Payment needs to be sent fully for me to start the commission process, or 50% before I start working on the artwork and the other 50% before I send the completed art piece to the client.🎀| REFUNDS;
↝ If I'm unable to start your commission for whetever reason, or if the client wants to cancel the commission BEFORE I start working on it, I'll send a full refund;● Refunds are NOT accepted otherwise.🎀| COMMERCIAL USE;
↝ If you want to commission an artwork with commercial rights, there will be a 2x increase on the total price.🎀| DEADLINES;
↝ Deadlines must be discussed before I start working on the commission. In case of strict deadlines, there will be an additional charge;● The time spent working on the commission may vary for personal reasons, such as availability or health. If there is any type of delay, the client will be notified.🎀| COMMISSION PROCESS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES;● You may ask for as many updates as you want during the commission process;● Big changes regarding the commission will only be accepted during the sketch phase;● Small changes like color corrections or the addition of small details can be made after she sketch phase;● Detailed designs may have an additional charge;● Different versions of the same art (like alternative outfits, nudity) will have a 75% additional charge on the total price;● All commissions include a simple background. An extra version with transparent/PNG background may be requested as well.

↝ Publish my work on social media as a way to share my content;● Not accept a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or if I'm unable to do it.🎀| AS AN ARTIST, I'M UNABLE TO:
↝ Use a commissioned work as commercial art;● Say that my client's character design was created by me;
● Sell a client's character design as an adopt.⚠️|| WARNING: Failure to comply with anything that is written on my Terms of Service will result in a breach of the agreement, causing the customer to lose their rights to the commissioned artwork. It is advisable that the customer reads everything carefully, and if they have any questions, they can send me a message through my social networks.🎀| AS A CLIENT, YOU ARE ABLE TO;
↝ Use the commissioned artwork for personal means (like use it as a profile picture, banner and wallpaper);● Publish the commissionted artwork on social media (with credits given);🎀| AS A CLIENT, YOU ARE UNABLE TO;
↝ Use a personal artwork in a commercial way (like selling merchandise of the artwork without paying for a commission with commercial rights);● Use my artwork on AI;
● Claim my work as yours;
● Remove my watermark if you're posting the artwork on social media.
